Terms of service

Last updated 6 November 2026

These terms apply when you use DupliChat at duplichat.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The service

DupliChat is an AI chat assistant. It sends your messages to GPT language models and returns the answers. It can also search the web, read files you upload and create files and images. DupliChat is an independent product and is not affiliated with OpenAI.

2. Your account

You need an email address and a password. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You may keep one account per person. Accounts created to get around limits, free allowances or trials may be closed.

3. Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans last 30 days and are paid in advance. Each reply, file, search or image uses credits or counts against the limits shown on the pricing page. Credits do not roll over and have no cash value.

Payments are made by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Binance Pay (USDT) or USDT and checked by hand. A plan starts when the payment is approved. Prices and limits can change; a change never reduces a plan you have already paid for until it ends.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harm or harass others, to create malware, to deceive people in harmful ways, to produce sexual content involving minors, or to attack, overload or probe the service. Do not try to get around limits, share your API key, or resell access except as an approved reseller in our reseller program.

We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service at risk.

5. Your content

You keep the rights to what you write and upload. You give DupliChat permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, for example to send it to the AI provider, search provider or file tools that answer your request. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

6. AI answers can be wrong

AI models can produce wrong, outdated or biased answers and can invent facts or sources. Check anything important before you rely on it. Do not treat answers as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

7. Availability

We work to keep DupliChat running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. It depends on outside providers that can be slow or unavailable. We may change or remove features.

8. Limits of liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, DupliChat is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profit, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using DupliChat at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Paid time left after a closure caused by a breach is not refunded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
