When you write about a payment
Please include the account email, the plan, the amount, the payment method (bKash, Nagad or Rocket), the number you paid from and the transaction ID. That lets us find it quickly. Payments are checked by hand and usually approved within a few hours.
Account and data requests
To delete your account or get a copy of your data, write from the email address of the account. See the privacy policy and refund policy.
